the hotel offered a very comfortable stay. i found the staff helpful, they promptly addressed all my requests. my room had ample space , it also featured a very modern bathroom. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to many attractions.
i noticed the minibar lacked complimentary snacks , this omission could be addressed.

The interior design felt special. It was like stepping into a magazine. the colorful decor and creative design elements. i received an upgrade to a luxury junior suite, which enhanced my experience (i was very happy about it).
i found vat not included in prices. this meant the cost was higher than i anticipated. i should have read more carefully, but i assumed prices included vat. the area around the hotel did not feel lovely.
